The Hybrid Open Mic is back at the café this week! We will continue the virtual sets for those who are not yet comfortable with an indoor event. You may also bring your own microphone if you feel more comfortable doing so. We'll continue to have online sign ups and will still offer virtual sets in addition to in person sets. We thought it went more smoothly to spread out the virtual sets and have designated times for them. We'll continue to fine tune the slots until we come up with the right formula. We will be keeping 15 minute slots. As a result, we will be asking everyone to courteous and to stay within your allotted time. PLEASE BE TUNED AND READY TO GO AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR SET. Sign ups will happen at https://www.facebook.com/groups/malelaniopenmikers on Wednesday at 6:00. Pick either a virtual or live spot at your desired time. This is an all-charity event where charities and non-profits create fun events in their booths and guests pay to participate, and help raise money for the charities. There will be continuous entertainment on each of the three raised sound stages around the Village. Typically, 12 groups and individuals provide 3 hours of marvelous music, dance and acts throughout the Town Center. We'll be performing a set in a showcase of the PFS Musical Artist Cooperative.
